GREAT BELT for Freedom 42 deck, but John Deere repairs are designed to be difficult!
Perfect fit on my JD LT166. Taking apart and reassempling a JD Freedom 42 Deck is oddly difficult,and JD does everything it can to make you almost give up, so THEY get the HUGE repair cost in their pocket. If you need a timing belt for your Fredom 42 mulching deck, buy this belt as it is GREAT. JD, not so much.
